Using the service

Use the service lawfully, provide accurate account information, and keep your account secure.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you add and give us permission to store, process, and display it as needed to operate the service. Only add or publish content you have the right to use and share.

Community rules

Published itineraries, accommodation recommendations, and their photos must not contain spam, misleading information, undisclosed advertising, harassment, hate, sexual content, dangerous or illegal material, private information, impersonation, or other harmful content. Accommodation recommendations must reflect genuine first-hand experience. You must have taken or have permission to share each photo, and must not expose private information or people who have not consented. Users may report content and block publishers. We may review, restrict, unpublish, or remove violating content and accounts.

Where to Stay and partnerships

Where to Stay is a discovery and recommendation feature, not a booking agent or comprehensive hotel search service. Community recommendations, Our Trip Plan editorial selections, and commercial partnerships are separate sources and are labelled accordingly. Affiliate or sponsored links may generate revenue for us. You remain responsible for checking prices, availability, cancellation terms, accessibility, safety, and provider identity before booking.

Travel information

Itineraries, saved places, budgets, balances, accommodation recommendations, and calculations are planning aids. You remain responsible for checking bookings, prices, entry requirements, safety information, and payment obligations with official providers.

Accounts

You may permanently delete your account through Profile settings. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or respond to misuse.

Availability

The service is provided as available. Features may change, and uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
