Community safety

Open a published itinerary or community accommodation recommendation to report inappropriate content or block its publisher. For urgent concerns, email support with the title and a short explanation.

Account deletion

Delete your account in the app from Profile → Account Management → Delete Account. If it fails, contact us from the email address registered to your account so we can verify your request.

We aim to review safety and account-access requests promptly. Response times may vary by request complexity and time zone.
